Crow Tribal Court Rules of Practice

The Crow Tribal Rules of Practice are local rules of the Crow Tribal Court promulgated and adopted by the Chief Judge.  These rules are intended to promote a more efficient, orderly, and accessible justice system and include certain provisions which apply directly to Judicial Branch personnel.  The application of these rules may be modified by a Crow Tribal Court Judge in any case when deemed necessary to prevent manifest injustice.

The Crow Tribal Court Rules of Practice were last updated in 2014 and are currently under review by the Chief Judge for determination on any additional necessary amendments and/or updates
